At General Conveyor Inc, we have a full in-house fabrication and machine shop.
We handle precision laser cutting, metal forming, welding, and machining for businesses that need parts made right, on time. If you can provide the drawings, we can produce the parts — from one-off prototypes to large-volume OEM production runs.
We cut stainless steel up to 1/2” thick, mild steel up to 7/8″ thick, and tube up to 12″ in diameter. Beyond mild and stainless steel, we also cut aluminum, brass, titanium, acrylic, plastics, and wood, and we handle round, square, and rectangular tube and pipe as well as structural angle, channel, and railing/pipe coping — plus custom decorative and signage profiles.
Our press-brake forms pieces up to 10 feet long with up to 220 tons of press capacity and cycle times around 30 seconds.
We offer certified welding, machining, power coating, and painting — meaning a customer can send us a drawing and get back a finished, ready-to-install part rather than just a cut blank.
