  The model ProSort SC series of sorters are belt driven sortation conveyors. The belt concept provides a reliable method of tracking packages to the divert stations. Take-away spurs may be skatewheel type or powered type slaved from the main sorter.

• Hytrol – ProSort 131 High Speed Sortation

  

  The ProSort 131 is designed for high speed sorting of products which may be too small to be sorted on conventional shoe sorters. Small fragile items, or groups of items, can be sorted with ease using the ProSort 131. Products are transported on high strength, anodized aluminum slats. At a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line.

  • Bed: formed steel, powder painted.
  • Widths (overall): 26", 32", 38", & 44".
  • Air requirements: 60 p.s.i.
  • Conveying speed: up to 350 FPM.
  • Capacity: 25 lbs max load per foot, 50 lbs max unit load.
  • Package size: 4-1/2" long minimum.
  • Right or left hand diverts available (specify).

• Hytrol – ProSort 421 & 431 High Speed Sortation

  

  The ProSort 421 is designed to sort products at a 22 degree angle where higher speeds are required and close divert centers are not so critical. The ProSort 431 is designed to sort products at a 30 degree angle where close divert centers are required. Products are transported on anodized aluminum slats where at a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line. The ProSort 400 family of sorters are designed for high speed applications where product diverting needs to be both positive and gentle.

  • Bed: formed steel, powder painted.
  • Widths (overall): 33", 39", 45", 51", & 57".
  • Air requirements: 60 p.s.i.
  • Capacity: 50 lbs max load per foot, 100 lbs max unit load.
  • Package size: 9" long x 4" wide minimum.
