• Hytrol – ProSort 131 High Speed Sortation

  

  The ProSort 131 is designed for high speed sorting of products which may be too small to be sorted on conventional shoe sorters. Small fragile items, or groups of items, can be sorted with ease using the ProSort 131. Products are transported on high strength, anodized aluminum slats. At a predetermined location, divert shoes move diagonally across the conveyor to push the product onto a take-away line.

  • Bed: formed steel, powder painted.
  • Widths (overall): 26", 32", 38", & 44".
  • Air requirements: 60 p.s.i.
  • Conveying speed: up to 350 FPM.
  • Capacity: 25 lbs max load per foot, 50 lbs max unit load.

• Hytrol – ProSort SC1 & SC2 Horizontal Belt Sortation

  

  The model ProSort SC series of sorters are belt driven sortation conveyors. The belt concept provides a reliable method of tracking packages to the divert stations. Take-away spurs may be skatewheel type or powered type slaved from the main sorter.

  • Bed: roller bed with 1.9"dia x 16ga rollers,
    • mounted in 6-1/2" x 12ga formed steel, powder painted.
  • Widths (overall): 18", 24", 30", & 36".
  • Drives:
    • Belt conveyor: center drive with gearmotor and variable speed controller.
    • Diverter and spur: slave driven from main belt conveyor.
  • Diverter:
    • 2 banks of twin pivoting 3-1/8"dia wheels driven by 3/8"dia belts.
    • Right hand and/or left hand.
    • 18" OAW: single side only.
    • 24", 30", & 36" OAW: single or double sided.
  • Capacity: 75 lbs unit package weight max.
    • Max distributed load of 4000 lbs.
