• Hytrol – Model “CRB” Troughed Roller Bed Belt Conveyor

  

  The model CRB is ideally used in scrap handling and recycling operations. The roller bed with deep troughed construction can carry culled or broken glass, cans, wood chips, aluminum, steel, plastic stampings, etc. The CRB is widely used in recycling operations as an environmental conveyor. Shown with optional floor supports.

  • Bed: roller bed with rollers mounted in 10 ga. painted formed steel channel frame with 12 ga. painted side guards extending 8-1/2" above the belt. Sections bolt together with splice plates.
  • Rollers: 2" dia. x 12 ga. unplated tread rollers spaced every 6", or 12".
  • Overall frame widths: 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 28", & 34".

• Model “RBI” – Floor to Floor Roller Bed (Hytrol – Incline Belt Conveyor, Roller Bed)

  

  The model RBI is a floor-to-floor incline conveyor. It is equipped with an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end to insure a smooth transfer from incline to horizontal plane. Inclines are easily adjusted up to 30º. This conveyor can also be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. Shown with optional floor supports.

  • Bed: 6-1/2" deep x 12 ga. formed steel frame, powder painted. Standard sections come in lengths of 6', 8', & 10'.
  • Belt widths: 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 28", 30", 34", & 36".
  • Center drive (standard).
  • Motor: 1 HP C-Face "SSB" series brake motor, 2 HP max.

  The model C handles bags, boxes, cartons, and parts. It may be set at any angle from horizontal to 45º for various uses, including floor-to-floor conveying and the transportation of materials from building to truck or box car. Shown with optional floor supports.

  • Bed: 6-5/8" deep x 12 ga. formed bed, powder painted. Standard sections come in lengths of 6', 8', & 10'.
  • Belt: hardwood cleats spaced every 60". Conveyor can be supplied less cleats.
